Hi all,

In my machine running win XP with the following details


OS Name: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
OS Version: 5.2.3790
Service pack: Service Pack 2


i have got administrative privileges and i disabled mmc.exe , using
the following policy setting via gpedit.msc


User -> Administrative templates -> System -> Dont run specified
windows application

and i chose the application to be blocked as mmc.exe


now is there a way to re-enable mmc.exe ?

Are you trying to re-enable it from the Administrator account? Not
from a user account that happens to have Admin privileges, but the
actual Administrator account. Not sure if that'll work, but it's what
I'd try.

I would like to know about the registry hack that will re-enable
mmc.exe
