Unless that's what the KB article already said (in which case, sorry),
I just use the Windows XP Product Key Update Tool. I have it archived
on my server:
http://gdea73.it.cx/software/winxp-keyupdate.exe
I got this file directly from microsoft, it's safe. If you don't trust
me, it's on the Net elsewhere.
