How to change the title bar of application window?

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is a way, on a Windows system (mine's XP 2002
SP2), to change the text that's displayed on the very top bar of an
application window on the desktop? I'm talking about the same bar that
has the minimize, maximize and close buttons in the upper right corner.
The name of the application starts in the upper left corner - that's what
I'd like to change. I've poked through all the Windows settings I could
think of that might relate to this, but didn't find anything that did
this.

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that is controlled by the application itself. Either,
the application provides a method to change the window title, or one has
to use some resource hacking tool to modify it.
